This unique event includes a variety of meats, sides, breads, pastas, soups, appetizers and desserts. Paired with this is an offering of Montana's specialty beverages, all of which have been produced in Montana using Montana-grown ingredients. Many are both grown and produced by the same entity.  Aligned with the mission of Montana Winter Fair, Savor the Flavors celebrates Montana agriculture, promoting the diversification and versatility of Montana farmers and ranchers throughout the state.
