The Montana Winter Fair Cinnamon Roll Cook-off is an open, judged competition sponsored by the Fergus County Farm Bureau Women's Committee.  There are 2 Cinnamon Roll categories.  You may enter in each category only once.

                  Cinnamon Rolls

Class:  4306 - Standard (white) Cinnamon Rolls
 Lot 1 - Standard

Class:  4307 - Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls
 Lot 1 Whole Wheat

               Rules:

1.  There is no entry fee.  The cook-off is open to anyone of any age.  All entries must be made by the person entering.
2.  Entrants will provide one dozen cinnamon rolls.  Safe food handling practices will be followed at all times.
3.  Items must be entered on Montana Winter Fair entry blanks found in the Winter Fair premium book or downloaded from this web site.
4.  Entries will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  Judging will begin at 12:00 noon.  Cash prizes will be awarded.
5.  Following the judging, chili and rolls will be sold for $1.00 per bowl/roll with proceeds going to the Winter Fair.
6.  Please use disposable containers and plates where possible.
