The Quickbread Competition is an open, judged competition.

You may enter each lot only once.
  Class 1: Adult (18 and older)
    Lot 1: Biscuits & Scones
    Lot 2: Muffins
    Lot 3: Coffee Cakes
    Lot 4: Tea Breads

  Class 2: Youth (17 and younger)
    Lot 1: Biscuits & Scones
    Lot 2: Muffins
    Lot 3: Coffee Cakes
    Lot 4: Tea Breads

Fee:
No entry fee

Prizes:
Ribbons awarded for each lot for each class.
Cash prizes awarded for overall Best of Show Adult and Youth.

Rules:

  1. There is no entry fee. The class is open to anyone, any age, amateur or professional.
  2. All entries must be made by the person entering.
  3. Entries in Lots 1-3 will be for sale following the judging.
  4. All entries in Lots, 1, 2 and 3 must be accompanied by the recipe for the item entered. Recipes become the property of the Winter Fair and may be used in the publication of cookbooks or for publicity. Please type or print the recipe clearly for reproduction. Entries without the recipe will not be accepted for judging. Please put your name and address on the recipe. Judging is based on taste and appearance.
  5. Use disposable containers for all items if possible as containers will not be returned to entrants.
  6. Six muffins, scones, biscuits per lot. One full coffee cake or tea bread.
